The system consists of three parts: hydraulic control unit, servo cylinder and power oil station.

The hydraulic control unit comprises a speed regulating valve control unit and a turbine static vane control two unit, each unit is composed of an electro-hydraulic servo valve, an electric solenoid valve, a fast closing solenoid valve, an oil path block and a base.

The servo cylinder is a double piston rod structure with small friction force and good sealing performance. The power station consists of oil tank, variable oil pump, oil filter, cooler, pipeline valve and detector table.
